With over 30 years in the automotive industry, including more than a decade in management, Jonas is a seasoned professional renowned for his integrity, technical expertise, and customer-first approach. Originally from El Salvador, Jonas immigrated to the U.S. in 1982 and discovered a lifelong passion for mechanics, fueling a dynamic career in automotive repair and operations.

As General Manager of a well respected automotive shop in Frisco, Texas, Jonas has driven remarkable growth, as he oversees all aspects of the business, from technician assignments and work orders to customer relations and payroll, ensuring top-tier quality and client satisfaction.

Jonas’s journey began at Firestone, where he honed his skills in tire services, alignments, and preventive maintenance. He later spent nearly 20 years at JP’s Auto Mark, advancing from general technician to ASE-certified Master Technician and eventually to manager. His warm personality and sharp sales acumen have built lasting client relationships, with many customers becoming close friends.

Jonas holds ASE certifications in the following: Brakes, Suspension & Steering, Engine Repair, Engine Performance & Diagnostics , A/C & HEAT,  R12, R134A, & 1234YF, Electrical Diagnostic & Repair, and many other continuing education trainings as provided by Napa and O’Reilly’s.  

Guided by faith, hard work, and honesty, Jonas is also a trailblazer in his family as the first high school graduate, inspiring eleven nieces and nephews to follow suit. Outside the shop, he enjoys fishing, working out, exploring the outdoors, and restoring classic cars.

A seasoned leader with over 20 years in sales and management, Robbin inspires success through strategic vision, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering others. As a top-performing manager and outside sales representative at Sherwin-Williams, she has driven remarkable growth, launched new stores, and mentored high-performing teams across Texas while championing community and employee development.

Raised in a family-run store and distribution business, Robbin cultivated a strong work ethic, exceptional people skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship. At Sherwin-Williams, she has excelled in managing new store openings in McKinney and Crockett, Texas—generating $1.5 million in her first year in McKinney—and trained future leaders as a Training Store Manager in Palestine.

Currently, as an Outside Sales Representative in the Multifamily division, Robbin oversees a territory generating $4.0–$4.5 million annually. Renowned for her ability to train teams, forge strong client relationships, and craft impactful business plans, she also leads actively in the Women’s Resource Group, fostering mentorship and growth for women company-wide.

Looking ahead, Robbin is channeling her talents into building a family business, blending decades of experience with her natural leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Her vision is to create a lasting enterprise that upholds her family’s tradition of integrity, service, and strength, leaving a legacy for future generations.
